Our Commitment to You

At Toy Streets, we strive to ensure every purchase brings joy and satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a clear and fair return process designed to be transparent and customer-friendly.

You have thirty (30) calendar days from the date your order is delivered to initiate a return. Requests submitted after this timeframe cannot be accepted. We strongly encourage customers to inspect their items upon arrival and reach out promptly if a return is required.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including protective materials or boxes.

  • A proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions, or returns submitted without prior authorization, may be refused.


How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please contact our support team at toy@toystreets.co.uk.

Include the following details in your email:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for return

  • Photos of the item and its packaging (if applicable)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide detailed return instructions.

All authorized returns are processed through our designated facility in Shenzhen, China.
Please do not send items back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.


Shipping Your Return

When preparing your return shipment:

  • Ensure your item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance.

  • Refunds can only be issued once the returned item has been successfully delivered to our designated return warehouse and verified through valid carrier tracking information.

  • Packages without confirmed delivery or verifiable tracking will not be eligible for refund.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Toy Streets cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty or hygiene items)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before proceeding.


Sale Items and Gift Cards

  • Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.


Exchanges

To exchange an item, please follow the standard return process. Once your return has been processed, you may place a new order for the desired item.


Order Cancellations

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please double-check all information before submitting your order.


Refunds

After your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of your approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take up to 10 business days to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
